Purchase Conditions


  • All purchases are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded or transferred to another person, unless otherwise stated.

  • All tickets are subject to the restrictions indicated in the product description or in the redemption instructions.

  • As soon as you make a purchase, your credit card is charged for the amount displayed, whether or not you use the ticket(s) purchased.

  • We do not guarantee snow conditions, weather conditions, the opening of the ski area or the number of ski lifts.

  • In the event of breakdown or stoppage of installations, particularly but not exclusively in cases of force majeure (bad weather, electrical or mechanical problems, avalanche danger, closure of part of the ski area, etc.), day passes and season tickets are neither reimbursed nor extended.


PANDEMIC GUARANTEE
In the event of a :



  • Pandemic and official order to close all facilities,

  • Pandemic and official order from the customer's country of origin prohibiting travel to Switzerland,


Télé-Anzère SA undertakes to reimburse transport packages issued by Télé Anzère SA for closed days purchased and which cannot be used due to the aforementioned circumstances, in particular because they concern fixed dates. If the passes are for flexible dates and could have been used outside the above-mentioned cases, the passes will not be reimbursed. Administrative costs of 5% of the amount to be refunded will be deducted prior to payment. This clause does not apply to holders of season tickets (e.g. Magic Pass), who are bound by the general terms and conditions of the latter.
